Is Website Essentials a generic template?
No. The delivery process is streamlined, but the copy and design are shaped around your business, services, branding, photographs and preferred enquiry method.
What do I need to provide?
You will need to provide the key information about your business, your logo and branding, suitable photographs, contact details and any access required for your domain or booking platform. The delivery timeframe depends on receiving these items promptly.
When does the 10-business-day timeframe begin?
The delivery period begins once the required business information, branding, photographs and website access have been supplied.
What is included in the $55 monthly fee?
It includes managed hosting, SSL, technical maintenance, security, backups, uptime monitoring and one minor content update each month of up to 20 minutes. Unused update time does not accumulate.
Can I add more pages?
Yes. A second standard page can be added for $300 setup, with further standard pages from $250 each. If you need a larger sitemap, advanced functionality or a more complex customer journey, a custom WordPress website may be more suitable.
Does the website include SEO?
The build includes local SEO foundations, page structure, basic metadata and connection to Google Analytics and Search Console where access is available. It is not an ongoing SEO campaign.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The service continues month-to-month. You retain your domain, content and compiled website files. If you later choose to move the website elsewhere, migration work is quoted separately.
Is this only available in Newcastle?
No. Breaden Media is based in Newcastle and works with businesses across Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Port Stephens and the Hunter, as well as suitable businesses elsewhere in Australia.
